陳潔羽（Jackie）是一名在香港執業的 IAAP 認證榮格心理分析師，畢業於瑞士蘇黎世榮格學院。她的工作以榮格分析心理學為基礎，從夢、情緒、關係模式、身體感受與重要的人生選擇中，理解意識與潛意識如何在來訪者的生命裡相互影響。透過心理分析工作，Jackie 陪伴來訪者慢慢看清反覆出現的內在模式，並理解這些模式如何影響他們的生活、關係與自我感受。

榮格心理分析不只是處理症狀，也是一段更深入認識自己的過程。當反覆出現的模式、難以言說的情緒，以及內在不同部分之間的拉扯逐漸被看見時，原本令人困惑或痛苦的經驗，也可能慢慢顯現出新的意義。Jackie 以敏銳的直覺，沉著而有承載力的方式進行分析工作，陪伴來訪者在安全而深入的分析關係中逐漸與自己建立更真實的連結。

Jackie 亦是 APAI 認證專業占星師，畢業於英國占星學院。她的專業訓練相當少見，同時深耕於榮格分析與專業占星兩個領域，且這兩項訓練都完成於各自領域中具有奠基地位的機構：分析心理學領域的瑞士蘇黎世榮格學院以及占星學領域的英國占星學院。

在榮格心理分析工作中，Jackie 將占星學視為一幅象徵性的心靈地圖，而不是對命運的固定預言。星盤可以為那些尚未被意識到、也難以用言語說清的感受、衝突與自我不同部分，提供一種可被看見的形狀。在心理分析工作中，這些象徵有時也可以透過積極想像被慢慢展開，成為進入內心世界的入口，幫助自我中不同的部分慢慢靠近、彼此呼應，並逐漸走向更深的整合。

在成為榮格分析師之前，Jackie 曾於一家國際領先的律師樓執業近十年。這段經歷讓她十分了解專業人士的工作節奏與內在壓力，也熟悉高成就、高責任與高期待背後，常見的疲憊、孤獨、自我懷疑與身份困惑。多年來，她累積了豐富的專業人士工作經驗，尤其能理解他們在事業有成之後，仍可能面對的關係困難、人生轉折、職業疑問，以及對內在意義的追尋。她的工作方式溫暖、敏銳而穩定，能陪伴來訪者在重要的人生階段中，更誠實地理解自己，也重新靠近真正重要的生活。

除了榮格分析與占星學訓練之外，Jackie 亦持有 MBTI® Global Step I™ 及 Step II™ 認證，並是 LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method 認證引導師。

Jackie Chen is an IAAP-accredited Jungian analyst practicing in Hong Kong and a graduate of the C.G. Jung Institute Zürich. Her work is grounded in analytical psychology and explores how conscious and unconscious interact through dreams, emotions, relationship patterns, bodily experiences and important life choices. Through analysis, Jackie helps bring these inner patterns into clearer view, making it possible to understand how they shape one’s life, relationships and sense of self. 

Jungian analysis is more than just working with symptoms. It is also a deeper process of coming to know oneself. As repeated patterns, difficult-to-name emotions and tensions between different parts of the self begin to come into view, experiences that once felt confusing or painful can gradually reveal meaning. Jackie approaches this work with intuition, steadiness and emotional depth, offering a safe and thoughtful analytic space in which a more honest connection with oneself can slowly take shape.

Jackie is also an APAI-accredited professional astrologer, trained at the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London. Her training reflects a rare combination of advanced professional training at two foundational institutions in their respective fields: the C.G. Jung Institute Zürich in analytical psychology and the Faculty of Astrological Studies in astrology. 

In her Jungian work, Jackie approaches astrology as a symbolic map of the psyche rather than a fixed statement of fate. A birth chart can help give shape to feelings, conflicts and different parts of the self that may be unconscious or otherwise difficult to name. Through a Jungian lens, and sometimes through active imagination, these symbols can become a way into the inner world, helping different parts of the self begin to dance together and gradually move toward greater integration.

Before becoming a Jungian analyst, Jackie spent nearly a decade practicing law at a leading international law firm. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the pressures many professionals live with: high expectations, responsibility, ambition, self-doubt, and the quiet strain of holding everything together. Over the years, she has worked extensively with successful professionals who, despite real achievement, may still struggle privately with stress, loneliness, relationship difficulties, career questions or a loss of meaning. In her work, she brings warmth, sensitivity and steadiness to help them navigate major life transitions and develop a more honest relationship with themselves and their lives. 

In addition to her Jungian and astrological training, Jackie is certified in MBTI® Global Step I™ and Step II™ and is a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
